City employees are asked to review their email signature lines and follow one of the three examples provided. The goal is to provide a consistent look across all city departments.
Employees’ names and job titles should appear in Calibri font, size 10. Employees’ contact information should appear in Calibri font, size 9. Employees can download a Word document of these examples to copy and paste directly into their email signature feature section.
Email signatures should be free of any logos or images. Additionally, any Outlook stationery backgrounds or themes are prohibited.
